Technology support

Our technology support services include customisation of Xplan tools, thread, processes, templates and workflow modules. We also operate our own Xplan help desk during business hours (AEST) so technology support is only a phone call away.


Our Professional Standards team possess a detailed understanding of the regulatory requirements of the advice process and provide ongoing advice, reviews and audits to support you.


Your time is precious. Our paraplanning professionals are skilled in the preparation of advice documents (Statement of Advice) and work closely with advisers to deliver a responsive and efficient service – allowing you more time to spend with your clients.

Marketing and Communications

Client acquisition and retention is the lifeblood of your business. Capstone’s marketing and communications team provide professional advice and guidance in relation to brand development, digital marketing (including PPC and SEM), website development and evolution, as well as client facing marketing material including, flyers, corporate profiles, a quarterly newsletter, market updates and bulletins.


Capstone offers a comprehensive Approved Product List (APL), which is regularly reviewed by our Professional Standards Team. Our preferred research house is Lonsec.
